"The objective is to put the audience into the role of conductor-in both a literal sense and metaphorically. Walls and furniture found within the building will be transformed into a large zither. The idea for this installation comes from the knowledge and appreciation of perceived realities. Both artists involved began a working relationship utilizing sound as a catalyst for dissecting or dissolving commonplace auditory perceptions. This installation is an extension of this process."
